Our Methodology

First our QA team reviews all available documentation such as functional requirements document, systems design specification document, manuals, online help and the software itself. This facilitates understanding the functionality of the software and its modules. A "Needs Analysis" document is prepared by our QA lead Engineer in close consultation with your Development and QA team, to identify the following:
  • Level of testing required i.e. unit level, compatibility/integrated level
  • Manual testing vs Automated testing
  • Criticality of each module
  • Software and hardware platforms on which tests are to be repeated
  • Testing compatibility issues

Based on your testing requirements we perform the following

  • Load testing - testing an application under heavy loads, such as testing of a web site under a range of loads to determine at what point the system's response time degrades or fails.
  • Stress testing - term often used interchangeably with 'load' and 'performance' testing.
