I would like to say first that I was a victim of a web development company prior to linking up with Intotality. There are many more I met afterwards that actually met a fate worse than me. It is tough to make a decision to contract with a company, hand over your hard earned cash, especially when you cannot meet and talk with them in person. The money loss, at least for me, was nothing when compared to the frustration, anger, and hopelessness that I felt during a 3 month period with Brand X. So, what can I say about Intotality? Yes, there is a tenth, and I saved it for last. It was the one thing that happened to me in the first few days of dealing with this company. TRUST! Yes, I trusted them because they did what they promised they would do. They called when they said they would. They delivered what they said they would, and delivered it when they said it would be delivered. There were times though when certain tasks were not delivered on time, but, it was communicated ahead of time (ahead of time is the key word here) that it would not and why. I know now, the key to a successful project is project management and technical talent. You cannot have one without the other and be successful. Intotality has both. They deliver because it is truly managed. Trust me, without good project management and the right technical skill set, nothing positive will ever happen. It is the complete opposite. Intotality has hit the bulls-eye on how to get it done.

I hope what I have said here helps you make the right decision. I wish upon no one to ever have to experience what I went through with Brand X.
